Amerequip provides complete design and manufacturing solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). We serve commercial and consumer OEMs, Distributors and End Users with our custom designed products and contract manufacturing services.

Amerequip maintains three plants located in two small communities in the heart of Wisconsin, namely Kiel and New Holstein. We practice the work ethic of our ancestors, while we apply the latest engineering and manufacturing technologies to produce high-quality attachments for all types of tractors.

Throughout our history, we worked hard to develop a lineage of specialized skills and experience focusing on the design and manufacture of tailoring medium-duty backhoes for compact utility tractors, as well as, front end loaders, front and rear blades, and similar equipment attachments.

Amerequip Corporation was started on January 01, 1920 as Farm Specialty Manufacturing Company

The business was incorporated in and became the Arps Corporation.

The Arps "Snow Bird" which converts an automobile into a snow traveling vehicle became immensely popular.

"Half-Track" was introduced. This product improved the traction of agricultural tractors before 4WD capability.
