We currently have openings for Maintenance Technicians on 2nd shift and the weekend shift at our Kiel facility.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Basic Blueprint Reading
- Capable of Fork and Powered Hand Truck Operation
- Assembly/Dissassembly and Power Tool Experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic Math Skills: arithmetic, algebra, geometry
- Capable of Aerial Work Platform Operation
- Capable of snow removal equipment operation
- Required to acquire skill to move to Maintenance Technician Level II in 24 Months
- Advanced Blueprint Reading
- Read/understand pneumatic, hydraulic, electric schematics
- Weld steel/stainless steel with stick electrode in all positions
- Test/troubleshoot basic electrical circuits
- Perform basic electrical wiring associated with machine maint.
- Perform plumbing repairs on industrial equipment
- Diagnose/repair basic hydraulic systems
- Repair Dock Systems
- Program Allen Bradley Controllers
- Diagnose/repair advanced pnuematic/hydraulic systems
- Successful completion of Apprenticeship Program or Commensurate Knowledge/experience
- Required to Train and Develop Maintenance Technician I's and II's
